As you all know Western NC was devastated by Hurricane Helena. A friend of MMA is transporting a supply truck to the area next week. We can help him fill the truck! Let's come together as a Trailblazer community in service to others and to help those so desperately in need. We will be collecting bottled water, paper cleaning products, and toiletries. Please send anything you can. We will designate an area in the atrium for these donations. Collection dates are October 3rd through October 9th. Unfortunately, the Tarboro community knows all too well the toll of historic flooding and the aftermath of a devastating hurricane. Thank you.

Attention 2nd and 3rd Grade Parents and Guardians ONLY. LINK TO FORM: https://forms.gle/cTfBEZyGCSt9nkiB8 We are so excited to announce that our 2nd and 3rd Grade scholars will be featured in our upcoming Winter Program on Tuesday, December 10th at 5:30 pm! The performance will take place at Keihin Auditorium at Edgecombe Community College. Scholars will be asked to wear dark-colored pants, a plain white top, and comfortable close-toed shoes unless told otherwise. All 2nd and 3rd-grade scholars who participate will be singing in the program. In addition, scholars who are interested have an opportunity to join the dance group that will accompany some of the songs. For planning purposes, we are trying to get an idea of how many of our 2nd and 3rd-grade scholars will be able to participate. In order for your scholar to participate, they will need to have transportation to Keihin Auditorium on the night of the performance. Scholars will need to arrive at 5:00 on Tuesday, December 10th, in order to ensure the performance begins on time. If you have any questions about this, please type them in the form below. Please fill out the form below by Friday, October 4 so we will have a good idea of who will be participating and who will not. If you have multiple scholars in 2nd and 3rd grade, please fill this form out separately for each scholar. In the coming weeks, expect to receive a permission form allowing your scholar to participate in the dress rehearsal on the day of the performance, along with more information. We are so excited for our scholars to share their hard work with you! Thank you, MMA Enhancement Team

A Cambridge approach gives learners the confidence they need to thrive and be ready for the world. As a Cambridge learner, your child will build subject knowledge and conceptual understanding. They will also develop a broad range of skills, learning habits, and attributes to help them thrive in life and make them ready for the world.

If you could not join us Tuesday night for our September Family Cambridge Global Night, please look at this flyer to see how we are utilizing our Title I funds this school year. Dr. Mudd shared with families that we are proud to have Exceed Expected Growth as measured by North Carolina's School Performance Report Cards. We believe that our investment in our teachers and their professional practice has a positive impact on our school's performance.
